Is it possible to have a label in one episode in a story and use that exact label in another episode in the exact story?

Yes, you can use the same labels in different episodes* and it won’t give you an error.

Yes but if you want to do different like outfit changes in the same episode then you have to use different labels but if its a different episode all together then you can use the same one!
I use label choosing_outfit for my first outfit in all chapters but if i do more then one outfit change in the same episode I put a 1, 2 ,3 and so on after the label.
