Is My Story Visible/Working?

Hi guys,

I wondered if a few of you could do me a favour & see if you can:

  1. Find my story on the app.
  2. Are actually able to read my story!

It’s called ‘Lucky Penny’ by Writer Roxie

I don’t ask that you read the entire story (unless you want to!) but I just need to know if it’s visible and can be read.
When I try to read it via the ‘create’ page on my app (IOS) I keep getting an ‘error loading’ story but then click to open again & it will open fine. And the story’s been stuck on 23 reads for about a month, despite me updating the story at least weekly, which is a bit strange I thought!

If anyone can help & let me know the outcome I’d be sooo grateful as the support team have said there are no issues, but clearly there is something not working correctly!

Hi @Writer_Roxie!
Your story is visible on my app, and it worked fine when I played it! Perhaps the reader count is a separate issue that episode has yet to fix or it may simply be that your story isn’t being promoted enough.
