i want to recreate a scene in one of my favorite shows but obviously not copy it. Basically I want to code a scene inspired by that scene from my favorite show.

Ya I think its ok if your inspired by it then do it I don’t see anything wrong

As long as you credit where you go the scene idea from. And it if it actually a reference from the show it can’t drive the plotline. But you will have to double check first that you aren’t going too far by asking the team as they can give you the best answer.

which team? episode or the show?
Episode by sending a ticket if you tried contacting the show then it would never get noticed.
