I have always thought - is it important to include QandA at the end of all or some episodes?
Q and A - questions and answers
Like, I literary can’t think of any questions because, as an author everything seems understandable for me.

Q&A isn’t mandatory at all. I’d only put it if you can think of anything that would need clarification. Like for example a common question is “how do points work on this story?” Or “do choices affect anything”. Another one is “how many episodes will there be?”.
It’s completely up to you if you want to include a Q&A and how frequently. Another tip is if you get a lot of fanmail with the same question you can answer it in the Q&A.
I could always put some more points explanation, I guess. : ) For me, it’s too easy to understand, as I’m coding it.
I usually don’t get questions, but a lot encouragement.

Imo Q&As aren’t really needed unless you feel like the reader may be confused about certain things about the story, or like how @kaiden_doestuff explained with the whole point system if your story has one.
I added one to my newer story and it’s mainly like what’s the main characters ages, will they get to see/unlock memories type of stuff, and checking points

But when exactly to put them? Like every episode? I use tappable intro and outro for my story, so I would need to add another button.
For this story I use tappables as well, it’s the skip option and it takes them to the Q&A then support the author right after lol. I added mine at the end though, and pretty much just copy and paste for every episode

I added a q&A template at the end of my episodes as well as the support the author right after that. I also put a customization template in the q&A so I didn’t have to stress over it.

I added some examples of what I did for reference 
If you don’t want to add a customization menu to every episode you could even add it however often you’d like.
(It is quite a bit of customization templates to update but once I update two of them I can literally just copy paste into all the other episodes)
