So I have that so far… but is it possible to add more than one overlay with the background, or am I going to have to add it separately? If so, what is an example code?

It’s possible! 
All you have to do is keep adding ‘with’ then your overlay name. For example: EXT. OUTRO with BLUROUTRO with OVERLAY2 with OVERLAY3 and so on.
