Is there a new update? My Episode App isn't opening

Whenever I open the Episode App, this shows up:

I click Upgrade and the app loads forever. I’ve waited for longer than 4 hours straight and it doesn’t seem to load. I’ve tried uninstalling it and downloading it again, or restarting my phone or updating my phone. None of it seems to work. Would love to know what’s up?

Yeah, It’s been happening for a few days now, but I assumed it would fix itself. Guess not…

Thinking of sending a ticket of some sort but I’m not sure how to do that without opening the app.
