I don’t remember the code but Joseph Evans has a tutorial on it. Not only him but even one more girl named Abi has a video about it.
The follow command doesn’t work with spot direction, unfortunately.

Maybe try to refresh or exit and re-enter the portal, sometimes it messes up the coding!
Because the coding @Assthetic gave you is correct (from what i know).
