i’m basically just trying to create some glowing hands thingy but my character is in the dark and my overlay that is supposed to seem like it’s glowing is covered by the dark filter so i just wanted to know if there is a way to move the overlay on top of the filter??
You could use a transparent dark overlay instead of a filter but other than that, I don’t think it’s possible :///
