Is there any way to make it look like it's raining outside? Like putting on overlay on top of a weather effect

Is there a way to use a weather effect to make this scene looks like it’s raining outside?

Find and download rain falling overlays (a gif split into png files will work great)
Create an overlay of the ENTIRE room, minus the ‘glass’ parts of the window (you could also go a step further and make a room overlay, cut each pane out and copy/paste each pane to a new layer - change each glass piece to 50% or less opacity and re-attach to the room overlay. Now you have see-through window panes)

Set each rain overlay where you want it (layer behind room overlay) and loop the overlays (fade the overlays in and out) to give the effect of falling rain.

You’re welcome honey  Glad I could help - If i remember correctly there is a link on the post for how to code gifs that has a really great gif-to-png overlay creator and it tells you the time lapse between each frame and the next making it easy to time out your looping code. ➿ HOW TO: animate GIF in INFINITE LOOP Here’s the post
