Is this a bug? how do i fix it?

is anyone else having this issue? i’ve deleted the app, restarted my phone, everything. does anyone know how to stop this problem?


Might be an Internet issue? I’ve had lots and lots of Internet issues lately; that’s happened to me while the Internet was down

I just shut off the Internet, turned it back on, and restarted the app; it worked for me

You might have to just restart your device, but if the issue consists; send a support ticket to the Episode Team. :]
