I’m trying to use the pan feature with tappable overlays but my screen is frozen. I’ve tried it on both the writer’s portal and my phone and it’s not working in either. Did I do something wrong or is it a bug?
You didnt spot the overlays… 
First spot them, and then try it again?

Does your screen freeze completely? Like are the characters frozen too? Then it could be a portal bug… Other than that I can’t see any reason to why it wouldn’t work Maybe you accidentally tapped on one of the overlays and it stopped?
