hey I have nothing Wrong with boys wearing dresses since one of my best friends who is a boy wears dresses

It was to represent trans characters on episode.

As you can see the white shirt with the blue one inside, is for males, episode makes the girls have bigger boobs. Plus @AMagic is right it was for pride.
