So I know I don’t read stories whose covers are not somewhat appealing 
so is this cover appealing to the eye alongside the description?
I changed my cover like 100 times but I feel as though this one is finally right!

The description is amazing! I love it.
The cover looks nice and the pose makes sense. I’m biased towards drawn covers. I think it would be cool to edit the characters a little, like adding a few strokes here and there. Maybe some highlights in their hair, accentuate their eyes, some blush, or anything.
If you’d like to get an “edit,” I’d be down to try! I have digital art experience but not editing experience.
Maybe the background can include something relevant to the plot, like a FBI office.
ah yes I love edits too but I cannot draw for the life of me, this was the best I could do

I like the cover but I think it would be better with a background 
Just a little note, you may want to change FBI to EBI as I don’t think we can reference FBI on episode as it is a real organisation.
The cover is good, though, personally, I am not a fan of it being that dark, or having the white background.
If it were me, I would try adding a background like a night-time cityscape, maybe some lighting that creates that vibe.
And I would probably change the title to be a little bit more aesthetically pleasing in line with the cover.
