I would recommend using different colours but it looks good

The colours are a bit too bright, for me personally, but if you like them then make sure to shade your painting better. Adding contrast and higlight makes everything soo much more neat

Also, another small detail, you cound make the outline a bit thinner to kind of tone down the “harshness”
