My friend is having an issue with logging in simple because she forgot the info and if she could request to reset the password she used an old email so she has no way to access it. So is there a way to change the email you used or any other ways to get into the portal without making a new account?
She’d probably have to send a support ticket explaining what the issue is to see if the Episode team can help her.

My game gets stuck on loading screen and then kicks me out. It loads till the end, and then gets stuck and doesn’t let me play😕
