I would write:

@overlay BAR DESK1 create
@overlay BAR DESK1 shifts to -142 68
@overlay BAR DESK1 scales to 2.422 2.422
@overlay BAR DESK1 opacity 1
@overlay BAR DESK1 to layer 0
