I just realized you wanted it full body. Is it okay if I make it waist up instead? Whenever I try to draw full body the quality ends up bad

As an artist it’s not that easy to come up with ideas on the spot. A sexy pose isn’t telling me exactly what you want out of your request. Could you add the tattoo to the original request?
