I have sumbitted a ticket, I did everything that was asked, I deleted and installed it but it still kicks me out.
I have had this issue, few months prior (Easter Break). The only difference, I could still play after a few hours when the glitch was gone, it just came back but I had the chance to play.
Now, after a few days, I am stuck and it keeps kicking me out. I am super pissed. More than 70+ stories have updated and I can’t read them. It seems to be an issue only on my “game” and when I play new versions ( without all the stories I saved) it works fine.
I don’t even have the chance to take screenshots of the stories, so I can know them.
Can someone help? Not the: restart your phone, delete and install it again. I have tried those.
