Hey guys, so I’m trying to understand what all we can show when killing off our characters without going against the guidelines. Like lets say you’re shooting at arrow at an enemy, but it doesn’t go through their chest, and they yelled out in pain and then they die, is that fine? Gawd, I really want a serious kill, lol but Ik we have to keep PG-13.

from what I’ve “experienced” all deaths are allowed we just can’t show any blood and/or dismembermed parts

Ah, okay.
i remember a story that had a beheading showed (vampire story) and it was allowed so honestly it’s a 50%-50% with episode

I’ve seen many kills in episode stories, even bloody ones and they were allowed so I think you can do serious kills.

Better go on the safe side, girl. Too bloody isn’t allowed. I also didn’t know how to kill off some of my characters in my fantasy story, so I described briefly, that they got beheaded and there heads went to their bosses doorstep.

Moderation is key. You can have blood in your stories, the same as you can have guns and weapons in stories. If you code a scene and are unsure if it meets or breaks guidelines, you can submit a support ticket and ask that a member of the team checks the scene and tells you whether it is or isn’t allowed before you publish.
