Layering my Characters (help please)

@SPENCER moves to layer 2 AND SUMMER moves to layer 2

@QUITEN walks to screen center AND QUITEN moves to layer 0 AND SARA walks to screen center AND SARA moves to layer -2

I can’t get Quiten and Sara to stay behind Spencer and Summer!
I have moved them all to different layers so that Spencer and Summer would be at higher layers and Quiten and Sara and lower but they enter the scene behind then they move in front of them. I don’t know what I’m doing wrung.

Can you show more script? Like what’s after and behind these commands

Are Quiten and Sara stand somewhere offscreen?

Yes they are in zone 2 and walk to zone 1

Try to move them to layers before they walk to zone 1 and see if this will work, also avoid using layer 0 as it’s often not working

I tried like you said to move them before I had them enter the scene and it didn’t work so I just moved them from screen center to back right and i’m going to spot them were I want them!

Doing that put them behind Summer and Spencer!
