1.What genre do you think they have fewer stories?

I think it’s clear ink is dying. I haven’t actually ever read or written stories in ink. I just don’t like the style and I think the more realistic style of LL is most people’s preference. And it seems like Episode doesn’t update ink anymore so…

3. What’s your favourite genre? What kind of stories do you like to read?

Let’s get started with the fact that I do NOT like how most stories are so flat like there’s just always the bad boy, foolish girl, bullies etc. Like give me some exciting storyline, something different, some action with a bit of romance and drama for example. Those are the kind of stories I read and get hooked on.

4. What’s your opinion about “copying” and “stealing”? What makes you think that a story is copy or he/she has stolen someone else idea?

You know when you see one and that’s all I will say. I HATE that some people don’t know how to be original.

5. What’s your favourite episode story?

I am reading three stories right now that I would recommend 100%. I have many more in the reading, but these truly have a great storyline and will get you hooked :slight_smile:

  • The Assassin: Femme Fatale by Mette M. Peleikis

  • Sinfully yours by Kalea

8. Do you prefer choices or long narrations?

Choices, if they are done well.

9. What inspires you to create a edit, to draw something or to make a video edit?

If it is my own writing then I am always inspired. Everyone should be inspired and passionate about their own story. When it comes to other’s creations, again, the story has to move me in some way for me to create something from it.

I am drawing something from ‘The truth’ right now… :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

10. Do you think some of the stories on episode are overrated?

Uhmm… YES? Lots of them actually. Especially Episode own stories… :shushing_face:

I’m so glad you answered all my questions! I agree with you in a lot of things but I will disagree about ink style. I love ink style btw❤ Of course it’s my opinion, I don’t want to take it with a wrong way:) Thank you for your beautiful answers😊

I think Limelight has finally caught up to Ink. When I first joined, all the rage was about Ink, and then Limelight won people over. However, I don’t think making room in our hearts for Limelight has made anyone forget how much we love Ink ^^

:fearful: Opinion and thoughts?! It is illegal ^^’ - also a slap in the face to creative people, artists, writers and storytellers >.< :anger:

Mostly a more feel-good plot. I need me some good stuff going on ^^ A point to the story, a good point. ^^

I will always prefer male MCs (that’s why I almost ALWAYS write stories about male MCs) but nothing wrong with female MCs shrugs

8. Do you prefer choices or longs narrations?

Or? …definitely choices. Long narrations make me go to sleep and they’re usually sexy sexy time narrations anyway ^^’ Like…whatever. Please X’D

An edit? Only if I need it. Drawing? It takes a lot to inspire that out of me, but it usually depends on story telling and plot development ^^

100%, no question! Somewhere Along the Way I’m not a huge fan of (I already went into detail about that long ago), most of Sandra G’s stories … >.> Yeah

I don’t read that many stories so I have no idea. But I’d say adventure.

Well, from what I’ve seen, LOTS of people love INK. So I don’t think it has no future with the readers and writers. However, whether or not Episode will update it? :woman_shrugging:

I love them all if I’m honest, besides adventure. :eyes:

It’s a horrible thing to do. However, there are only so many ideas before they’re all pretty similar. If someone were to copy word for word, or the exact plot then, I would probably agree that they’re copying/stealing.

5. What’s your favourite episode story?
Right now, I’m not reading any. So if you have any recommendations.

6. What makes a good episode story to you?
There’s TOO many factors.

  1. Story: This refers to plot and pacing. Is this story entertaining? Well thought out?
  2. Choices: Does the story have any? Are they well written and meaningful?
  3. Visuals: Is the directing smooth and relatively error-free? Is it really creative or interesting?
  4. Dialogue: Does it have style? A strong or distinct voice? Grammatically correct and easy to read?

As well as good sound/music and animation choice.

7. Male or female main character?
Both.

8. Do you prefer choices or longs narrations?
I hate narrations - show not tell. Meaningful choices are better.

9. What inspire you to create a edit, to draw something or to make a video edit?
So far, I only do it to practise. But I’d probably do one for a edit contest or for a person. I often see people dedicate edits to their favourite character.

10. Do you think some of the stories on episode are overrated?
Definitely.

Well, I read both styles but I personally prefer Limelight cos you can create the characters more individual than in INK. INK characters look all the same. And I don’t think that Episode will ever updated features for INK because of Limelight.

Depends on the story and my mood. I read all genres but I rarely read romance and drama stories cos it’s mostly the same plot… It’s kinda boring.

It’s not right and very lazy to copy a story! I don’t tolerate this!
Mostly the stories are stolen, which are very well known here and when I see a story that it’s very similar with one of the famous stories or other stories then I report this, of course! Or if I see someone copying a whole book, word for word, then I report it too. This is plagiarism!

5. What’s your favourite episode story?
A difficult question, to be honest. I like many stories… I don’t have a favourite story.
On Instagram, I sometimes recommend some stories that I like (under 100k!).

6. What makes a good episode story to you?
If the story is from the beginning well thought out to the end. And I also like stories where you can see that the author made an effort and makes the story with love and passion! And guys: Check your grammar! English is not my first language too but it doesn’t hurt if you, as an author, give a little more effort in the language, e.g. you can use the programme Grammarly to avoid grammar mistakes (it’s for free!).

Both are okay :slight_smile:

8. Do you prefer choices or longs narrations?
Depends on the story.

9. What inspire you to create a edit, to draw something or to make a video edit?
I only do edits, if I need them. I draw since years and my daydreams always inspire me.
I don’t make video edits.

Oh yes…! But I will not mention any stories by name to avoid arguments. I don’t want to traduce the authors.

  2. I’ve been reading INK for years and I know the love many readers/author have for INK too…so ink will not die, and if it will, many will delete episode (and that includes me)

INK is not overrated. Actually, no style is overrated in general. After a long time of acceptance, people are like 50-50 towards INK and Limelight.

Any genre is my favorite as long as the story in that genre doesn’t contain the usual cliches, doesn’t break the Episode guidelines and gives something worth remembering to the community.

Copying and Stealing is like cheating from your classmate during an examination without their permission. Its downright ungrateful and should NOT be tolerated (one of my own copyrights became a victim of plagiarism, so I should know).
I think a story is a copy when I see a same or similar plot line, similar characters, similar names…nearly everything similar without subtly revealing. So yeah.

5. What’s your favourite episode story?
There are too many! But, here I may provide you a list –

  • Making Lemonade by Joriemar
  • The Ruby Tiara by Wincy Wong
  • Infamous by Kayla_S
  • To Love Again by Joriemar

There are many more. But, the above ones are too good to be left out :innocent:

Gender really doesn’t bother me. But, I feel there should be more male MC’s as there are just too many female MC stories I guess…

As long as the story is unique, natural and inspiring and has good directing also, I really don’t bother with choices or narrations :blush:

Yes, I do. Preggo By This, Preggo By That stories are the most overrated, I believe :thinking::face_with_raised_eyebrow:
