I agree no one should be called a slut but if you are committing something promiscuous then it should be called out. She didn’t just kiss the people, your choice can also to have sex with them unprotected and frivolously. That’s wrong and Episode does this constantly. What you are saying is committing promiscuous stuff is “ok” when you agree with people sleeping with others without proper protection and doing it without taking it seriously. It shouldn’t be regular to do so. Like I said, doing it without caution isn’t or shouldn’t be shown as good or okay. Kids are reading these stories remember.

Haven’t read it yet, and from the looks of it I’m not going to. I know people will read it anyway, but I don’t recommend this story. Especially considering the fanmail screenshots…are they that immature?

I’m pretty sure this is what it is. A lot of things pander to the left. EVEN NINTENDO FELL FOR IT!! Nintendo…T.T They touched my Nintendo. It’s everywhere, and unavoidable.
It isn’t difficult to write a story where all the characters have a purpose for their strengths and weaknesses. I think all stories should model themselves after Pixar movies. LOL
As for asexual representation, come on, like that will ever happen. LOL. I won’t hold my breath…>.>

Ahahahaha I exactly know how this story created. 
Do you guys remember when @episodecreators created a survey about Mystic Messenger? (an mobile otome game) They asked this 22 weeks ago (5 and a half months) and this story came out this week.
Hmmm. Let me explain a few things…
Otome Games: Dating simulators, they are usually in anime art style and they tend to revolve around a plot. (Romance is important as well but you also learn about the plot and it has good pacing and writing unlike The K*ss List D:)
They said the biggest inspiration for The K*ss List was creating a dating sim, but they said in the Mystic Messenger survey “Would you read a story like this on the Episode app?” so… this was in development for 5 months only? Seems sketchy…
I emailed support as fast as lighting so they wouldn’t make the same story as Mystic Messenger and ruin it, it worked. But they ruined another story skfelklewrjmw

After some investigation on Instagram - that is looking into Mariam’s insta story - hopefully I can say as an update that currently Episode replied to her inquiry about the situation and further discussion might happen in the future.
I’m going on the author’s words that Episode’s Kiss List, although being terribly similar in premise/concept and first episode, the latter episodes are very different. And I don’t want to argue about originality and the limits…
Again, full support for her and loving her story so far! But now I’m safe (albeit a little insane) to say I can peruse at least the first three chapters. But then afterwards, no dice indefinitely.

Here are my thoughts about everything:
When they announced this story and gave sneaks peeks, I was excited about it. The story sounded awesome. Before I started to read it, I crossed my fingers that it wouldn’t suck like their previous stories. I believe they have proven themselves to be capable of actually publishing good stories. Of course, it’s only like, what? 8? 9 chapters? I was hooked. After a while, I thought the only way to get worshippers was to spend gems and I was actually considering spending gems but too afraid in case it backfired. Then suddenly I got some and I was happy about it.
I find it really fun. Whatever you choose has an effect on who likes and dislikes you and how people treat you. Episode has really redeamed themselves in my book.

I AGREE!!! 100%. I don’t understand how people can sugarcoat the idea that Episode makes certain stories that sends messages through them. Majority of the time, those messages AREN’T good. It’s crazy to me.

Right. Any normal person is smart enough to know that if a girl is “associating” herself with 10 different men, she’s going to be considered “one of them.” (I don’t want to say the word) It saddens me because of the fact people will try to cover up a story. No! Call it for what it is.

I think this is the part that bothers me the most. If someone wants to sleep with every guy they kiss then that’s their choice. I won’t judge. But my character has already slept with three guys and there hasn’t been one mention of protection… even in most user stories I feel like I’ve seen a mention of “let me just get a condom” or something. It’s not very hard to add that in, especially when you’re writing a story targeted towards 13-year-olds.
Although it would actually be hilarious if there’s a “lesson” to be learned at the end. Actions have consequences
