Maybe try requesting this background here 
just so you know, even if episode approves something it doesn’t mean the image you’ve uploaded is commercially free to use. their system is automated (at least i think it is) and unless it has blatant watermarks on it, it’s likely to be approved.
this is why you have to click the checkbox stating it’s your image and you own the rights for it so they aren’t legally responsible if you are using images you don’t own.
