I mean the ads don’t work all the time so it isn’t guaranteed and it means watching ads on top of other ads, it is not the worst idea I do it myself but I thought everyone knew that. I found when I bought two of the cheapest pack of passes it gave me 8 passes when it refills everytime. I guess it had something to do with buying passes as a reward or something. 
Just a hypothesis I don’t know if I am correct but it sounds probable.
