Light Overlay Help 😭

Hi, I need some directing help for a scene in my story where I want to use spotlights.
In this scene it is the schools 100th year Anniversary Ball, but I don’t know how to make the lights move/flash.

You need an overlay, then you need to decide its movements and then you can use the looping command, so that they keep moving through the scene

I want the overlays EFFECT COLORED SPOTLIGHTS and EFFECT PINK SPOTLIGHTS to go from opacity 0 to opacity 1 and for the other overlay to go from opacity 1 to opacity 0, then loop for the rest of the scene. How would I do that?
