Hey Gem, welcome to the community! You can choose if you want to create them by yourself or if you want help from anybody like me.
You can create them on www.episodeinteractive.com , you just give your story a title and then you can go to customizing so creating characters and/or outfits
I’m here for people who struggle with creating their characters and/or outfits or like to get some inspiration from my characters and outfits.

You can copy the script from your INK story ,make a new story where you can choose which style you prefer (so, in your case Limelight) and than you can copy your script in your other script for Limelight.
The only disadvantage is that some animations in INK have different names in Limelight. So, possibly you have to change a few animation names
Plus the characters that you’ve made in INK have to be remade in Limelight, but I can help you with letting your characters from INK look almost the same in LL if you want
