They don’t have them, these are screenshots from Blood Lust, an Episode featured story that has access to hidden animations, props, clothing, hair and backgrounds

That’s a gem choice, I think. Almost always in featured stories dyed hair costs gems and we’re not allowed to request features that cost gems.
