I could be wrong, but the Sunset Orange Ball Gown may just be a Gem choice item. If it is, I know I’ll be shedding tears for the next few months.

Those sound like really good ideas and I’ll suport them wholeheartedly but you should ask for them over at the feature an art suggestion section
This thread is only for wishing on already existing non-premim (no gem choices) assets shown in Episode featured stories.

Yeah… Unfortunately, that still counts because it used to be a featured story and all clothes that were originally Gem choices are still that, even if it is free. I asked earlier in the thread for the clothes from IP. 
Hopefully, one day, they’ll release it. Just not likely to be anytime soon.
