No, the horse is a new asset as opposed to using gifs. The animations are a lot smoother for one I’d love to have them released but I’m not holding my breath any time soon.

I think you could code a version of the Demi wardrobe using overlays, but you’d have to make the icon appear at relevant points in the story rather than having it there as an option all of the time.
