I quite like this eye tank from Prom Night. It sort of reminds me of Kyary Pamyu Pamyu. But I don’t know if it’s available. Technically I saw it by paying gems, but it wasn’t a premium outfit. The premium content was a montage of flashbacks, and this tank was in it. There were a lot of non-gem items in the same montage, as you can see.
