Limited CC to Ensure POCMC?

I’m torn on whether to stick with a Full CC or make it Limited with an upcoming story idea of mine. To give a vague rundown, it’s a gay(m|m) fantasy romance with all the LI all being men of color(three black, one Latino). On one hand, the character’s race isn’t really relevant to the story and I want to give people the freedom of making the character they want. On the other hand, I am very interested in making a story with a fully POC main cast. Then, there’s the matter of light-skinned/albino/“white-passing” POC not feeling appropriately represented, which makes just taking away the option of having pale skin iffy.

Any opinions on which I should do?

Id say yes, it could be helpful, depending on your vision of the character, if the skin color is the whole point of the story, then using limited cc would probably be a good choice

I would keep it as Limited CC! There’s not enough stories with BIPOC main characters!!! Let alone LGBTQ+ BIPOC main characters. Although people will get mad that it’s limited Cc, let them hate bc not everything is about White People. Let BIPOC have their shine in this story!

I think you should stick to your vision. I would love to read a story like yours, and I would not even change the characters
