Whenever I click on “Thin Heart”, it gives me “Small Heart”

Weird. You should submit a support ticket to make them aware this is happening 
It might be a portal glitch or bug. I checked and it does it to me, too.

It’s been like this for a while unfortunately, and people have reported on it. I hope it gets fixed.
