You can always see a tutorial on youtube. There is a video that shows how to make the hair (and very beautiful) with IbisPaint x

Hi, Cookies1, unfortunately I can’t be of much help as I am very un-artistic and idk how to draw hair strands (the only reason I asked what program/app you’re using is so that other users could see and try to help you, very sorry)
