Locked choices with requirements?

Hi,

so I have a choice with talking to persons.
And I thought, maybe I could make the done choice a loced choice.
And when the reader has talked to all the 3 choices/persons, it is unlocked.
Is something like that possible?

Yeah would need to use else/if choices.

but like is there a specific directing command for adding a locked choice
