If I were as insensitive as she is toward the people she offends, I wouldn’t mind being called a problematic author to my face. She needs to own up to the stuff she puts up.

I find it offensive too, it’s my religion. But still, you can call me snowflakes or whatever, but I believe you can still choose to be not rude to a person on how to tell her.

Can you guys just chill? Let people voice their opinions, even if you don’t agree with them. If they want to stay and chat, let them. Don’t tell them to get out of here just because you don’t entirely agree with them.

Ummm… no. Just stop. If you actually read through the content of this thread, you would see that we’re criticizing problematic themes in this story. There are literal rape and sexual assault jokes in the story, the main character is abusive as crap to Riccardo.
There is no such thing as a perfect story, we’re all aware of that, however, there is such thing as a problematic theme that can be extremely offensive to a lot of people.
As an author, I try my damndest to ensure I create a story with as little controversy as I can. It does not matter if she spent time coding, if that coding came together and created a problematic story, I am not going to sit back and let this go.

The cussing might seem excessive to you & not to others & that’s okay. It’s all about perspective and what is offensive to who. However, to me, I think people are just voicing pent up frustration. Opinions are opinions

“Shaming the girl”, she should’ve taken responsibility and owned up like a grown up. Yet that wasn’t the case. Instead of giving a half-assed apology, she could’ve done better. Js :))

I would be grateful that people care enough about my story to give me criticism. If my story is problematic and offensive, I would want to know.
