I think that instead of mocking the story, you should contact the author regarding the offensive jokes and see what she says, regardless of how silly it is and how big her amount of reads is, I don’t think mocking it is the way to solve this whole mess.

In case you haven’t read through the thread (which clearly you haven’t) we’ve already tried to do this. She ignores us. I’ve personally tried to do this. She didn’t respond, she doesn’t care.

I’m not too familiar with the ‘backstory’ of her situation. So idk what to say. I pretty much agree with what most comments say here, I just feel like some of them pretty much mock the story. It’s alright to think that it’s not good or anything, personally this is definitely not something I’d read and enjoy. But there’s a way to criticize someone. Like if I saw this type of comments about my story I’d be super upset.
Anyways I hope the episode team will really look into it and remove the offensive / plagiarism part

i agree with this since they’ve met very recently, but there’s also a thing called obsessive love disorder that some people suffer from. however, i’m sure in this story that’s not the case at all. this is just unreasonable, like in every other cliche story.
i think at the beginning alexis is 18 and ricardo and nick (alexis’ brother) are 23.
we tried. some people got ignored. to some, she appeared as if she was victimizing herself. she said she was going to revamp the story before, she says she’s working on it now, but she’s not even asking for help from a spaniard, a person whose culture got misrepresented and sexualized. i’m honestly having doubts about this.
as always, people have a right to express their distaste, even if one considers it as “mocking” the story.
maybe she deserves to be upset in return. she’s upset her readers before and still continues to.
