Hello, as you can see this is the error message that keeps popping up. I have tried restarting my phone and the app multiple times. It has been like that since yesterday as well and was wondering if anybody knows how to fix it. Should I send a support ticket to episode or wait it out? Thanks!! It’s not because I’m transferring between devices if that helps.
EDIT; I figured out how to fix it. I made sure to take a screenshot of username and password then I deleted the app and it let me sign in.
