So on your laptop/computer, go to Instagram and log into the account you want to delete. If it’s already logged in as your main, log out and log in as the other one.
Then visit the page to delete accounts → https://instagram.com/accounts/remove/request/permanent/
It should have changed to the one you want to delete.
