I’m looking for an artist that has open commissions and would be able to make me a pfp that i could use both here an on Instagram (only one art piece)
The maximum i’m willing to spend would probably be around 30/40 pounds.
The only real requirement is that they must accept paypal for payment.
If you know/recommend anyone, please let me know.
