That budget could work if you’re planning on having 1 character featured or more, but headshot.
My favourite artist at the moment is @electronichimaera on instagram. She has different styles, but here’s the pricing for her semirealism style:
BUST - $45
HALF BODY - $55
FULL BODY - $65
per character
I reccomend checking her out and sending her a message for more information and examples.
@koteiko_art doesn’t have commissions now, but you could ask her when she will, maybe the time will suit you.
Here are her prices:
PORTRAIT - $65
BUST - $70
HALF BODY - $75
FULL BODY - $75
@reivarinesian.art has commissions open and her style and prices should work for you. She has a post about, but here are the prices for full render (colored) :
BUST - $40-50
HALF BODY - $50-60
FULL BODY - $60-70
