Looking for animation "reaching down"

Hi guys - I kinda have a feeling there is an animation that might be used for what I need but I don’t know what it is. (LL)

I need an animation that looks like you are reaching down - to help somebody stand up …so something like picks up the object but more like reaching down and bends bit the knees…

Any idea?
