Looping background problem

Hey guys, I’m working on a story but I have run into a problem.
Pretty much when I try to make the story seem like its looping, but instead of making it look like a loop. It just makes it look like its bouncing back to the first page, without it continuing to move forward when it needs to loop. Is the photo wrong or something.

The code is pretty much simple, its the same as anything. Anyone mind helping me with this problem
