i have sent over three tickets discussing the low quality glitch i have on my app, and they keep telling me the same thing over and over.
“did you try restarting your phone?”
“make sure you have over 2GB of space on your device”
“try closing out of the app completely and opening it again”
i was told by several authors this is an easy fix, that they can just troubleshoot my app on their end and the problem will be solved. yet whenever i mention it, (which has been over six times) they completely ignore me and just give me another list of things to do to fix it myself.
i’m so disapointed and frustrated by this. i thought they fixed the “low quality assets glitch” over a year ago? does anyone still have this glitch?
