So it’s dis scene here that is bugging me cause @belle.stories WONT STAY STILL SHE KEEPS JUMPING…

INT. CAFE2 - DAY with COUNTER SIMPLE

@overlay COUNTER SIMPLE shifts to -371 -18 in zone 1

@overlay COUNTER SIMPLE moves to layer 0

@overlay COUNTER SIMPLE scales to 1.180 1.180

&ISABELLAPIZZA stands screen center AND ISABELLAPIZZA moves to layer -2 AND ISABELLAPIZZA faces right AND ISABELLAPIZZA is talk_hold_pizzabox AND MADDISON spot 1.280 263 -14 AND MADDISON moves to layer 2 AND MADDISON faces left AND MADDISON is arms_crossed

&set hsl 0 0 100 no_colorize with blendMode Multiply to 100% in 3

Explaining using a looping animation:

When you use a looping animation, the character will keep doing it. To make them stop you need to make them do another animation. In the looping animation example above, if you don’t type Brandi doing another animation, like listening on the phone, she’ll keep talking. It’ll seem like she’s talking over Buff Guy and even though Buff Guy is just an episode character, we know he’ll lose it (it’s a good thing Brandi is a vampire ) So, just to repeat, when you have a character doing a looping animation, you’ll need to make them do another animation to stop the action of the continuous looping animation.

To get her to stop jumping, make her start another animation

No… I did it before in the past but it isn’t working now…

The point of the @pause for 0.7 is to make her jump and then stand still in her jump pose… (It’s a funny scene)

For this specific animation, she will keep jumping. You should upload an overlay of her in this animation while she’s in the pose you desire and use that.

You should be using the & sign for the animation command the @ sign for the pause command. Then you need to make her do a different animation so she stops jumping.

This isn’t possible because you cannot pause an animation.

You will need to do what @JemU776 suggested:

If you’ve done it before, then you most likely used an animation that doesn’t loop

The pizza girl is supposed to be behind the counter when she lifts up the pizza box but for some reason she ignores the moves to layer -2 and goes INFRONT of the counter even though the counter is on layer 0 and maddison is on layer 2
