Make parent characters defaultly look like their kids

Does anybody know how to make parent characters defaultly look like their kids so that my story will have character customization without me having to have the reader customize every character except theirself?

You will probably have to add that when you have the choices.

I don’t think you understood me… Have you ever read Pretty Little Liars? When you customized your character the dad looked exactly like you. It had you skin color and all. Without you having to customize him. What I’m trying to ask is, how do you do that.

When the reader customizes the character, in the choice, add it so the parent gets the same skin color. Like…

“Skin color” {
@character gets that skin color
@parent gets the same skin color
}
