Is anyone familiar with the author MeMyselfandI? They’re the author of The Freckles on Mars, The Baddest Bad Boy that Ever Bad Boy’ed, Baby Blue, and the infamous, The B Team.

Every one of these stories is fantastic. They include gay themes, male MCs, compelling characters, subtle jokes and references, and complicated branching with choices. The stories are unlike anything else on Episode, and I love how he utilized the (actually sophisticated technology that is) episode coding for something other than bad boy-gem choice-dressing games that are so numerous on the app. I freaking love everything that he publishes, and I don’t think I’m the only one.

The problem is, kiddos, that he never finished anything he put out (except for Freckles on Mars, but correct me if it’s not.)

  • The B team abruptly stops after episode 9 with so much potential-

  • The Baddest Bad Boy that Ever Bad Boy’ed also leaves off at a cliffhanger ON THE THIRD EPISODE-

  • And Baby Blue was also left incomplete.

I’ve checked his instagram, and he hasn’t posted anything in about a year.
I honestly just made this post to get over the grieving process of many an incomplete story.
Anyone else loved MeMyselfandI’s stories as much as I did?
Or better yet, does anyone know what he’s doing now?

I believe The B Team was confirmed as cancelled, but as to whether they’ve stopped writing on Episode altogether, I’m just not sure.

I think they published the finale to Freckles on Mars, but that was awhile ago. Everything else has been untouched for at least a year.

This story is actually hilarious lol. Sadly I don’t think it ever got continued past the first three chapters?

I love the Freckles on Mars, the B Team and TBBBTEBB, they’re probably some of my favourite stories on the app- Baby Blue isn’t really my cup of tea. Unfortunately, he confirmed a couple of times on his instagram that The B Team will probably never be updated again.

I DMed him about December 2018? He replied a couple of days later, I think. I can’t check right now because my phones all the way across the house but yeah, he was alive at that point. I reckon he’s just fallen out of touch with episode, it seemed a lot was going on in their life, so I’m not really surprised honestly.

edit: I recall them mentioning (ages ago) TBBBTEBB has only one more episode to publish before it’s complete.

Honestly, wouldn’t it be cool if we got him to publish even that one last episode of TBBBTEBB? I’m sure he has it written somewhere, that’s why he knows the fourth episode is the last…

Even though his episode instagram is inactive, he most likely has a non-episode instagram that’s currently in use. It’s kind of a long shot but if we found his current instagram we could figure out what he’s up to. Probably not wasting his time on episode anymore.
