Did you at all try the cookie route before trying the pretzel route? The cookie prop will stay with the character until removed or you could try resetting your story progress, navigating to the said area of your script/episodes and try the pretzel route again.

Upon testing your story, did you use the cookie choice before you tried using the pretzel choice?
When i click on pretzel it does nothing
