I’ve noticed there’s musical cues that you hear in the featured stories but not in the community stories. Also, I’ve noticed that such cues can be found in the sound catalog in the writer’s portal. I wonder why that is.
They are ones that haven’t been released to community authors yet. You can request it in the wishlist thread

It’s possible that the sound cues in the featured stories are there to help emphasize certain moments, while the community stories are left more open to interpretation.
