Mobile phone app glitch

Date of Incident: Saturday, November 26, 2022.

I was trying to play the Episode app. The app needed an update and naturally I updated it. However, now the app won’t allow me to sign into it to play any of the Episode stories. I know that there was an update made on October 20, 2022, to fix some minor bugs. I’m guessing that whatever new changes were made are causing the issue I am having now. I already restarted my phone to rule it out as the possible culprit. The phone is brand new. I only had the phone for 1 month now. So, I know it is not causing any problems, but it never hurts to be sure. Can you please look into the matter?

I have had this happen to me before. I had to redownload it. Maybe try that and see if it works?

Please don’t submit multiple tickets for the same issue! This will push your original ticket further down the queue and it will take longer for the team to answer it. :slightly_smiling_face:
