More than one animation per speech bubble

I’ve seen authours do this thing where there is a narration bubble or a character is talking and they do two animations in the speech bubble instead of one. How do I do this?

&CHARACTER starts ANIMATION AND pause for S THEN CHARACTER starts ANIMATION
CHARACTER
Dialogue.

I don’t know if this is the right way but this works better for me since I dont have to pause it
